1st day of school

Well, I know I'm very behind and I have many events that I need to update and post pictures of......but for now, this will have to do.
1st day of 2nd grade and Pre-K.
Things actually went better than I had anticipated. Everyone just went right in to class and right to work!!!! They were very excited and loved all the things about the new classrooms. Ashlee being the MOST excited about the sand table that is in her room!!!
Ally being excited because Coby is in her class this year and sits right next to her! Ay yi yi......it begins, I suppose.
So here's a fe pics of our morning.....some a little blurry due to the morning sun!!!

Snaggle Tooth

Ally lost her front tooth last night at dinner. She's so excited! Me, I'm not liking the snaggle tooth look much, and really glad we had family pictures done last week!!!
Of course the Gold coin that the Tooth Fairy brought was a big thrill too!!!

Tumbling with Ally

Ally had her 2nd Tumbling meet last night. Again she won first place in her group and category! (Granted this is just for fun and "everyone wins") But she's just in a class at the school and not some big pro gym. The class is much more laid back and relaxed and we LOVE it. She does very well but mainly just has a good time once a week! Here is a video of her first pass last night and pictures from the evening.

Fancy Nancy Tea Party

A few weeks ago Rylee had a Fancy Nancy Tea Party for her Birthday. (It was late due to their move.)
But all the little girls had a GREAT time dressing up in their Party Clothes to have some fun! Here's a few pics and a video from the girls.

BRRRRR - It's COLD!

So mnay of the schools here are closed today due to cold weather. Yes, Cold WEather. Sun is shining and only left over snow from the Blizzard - but schools are closed. Apparently one district has 11,000 kids that walk to school and they know that some of the parents would be dumb enough to send their kid out in a mini skirt or just a hoodie....because you see the kids run the household. But I digress....
SO just so everyone knows.......Here is how you send your kids to school when the temperature is 12 and the windchill is -14.
