CRAZY SOCK DAY!!

Ally's camp has had different theme days this week. The only one thus far she was interested in was pajama day. Until this morning. It's Crazy Sock day. She was so excited to wear her toe socks and flippies!! And of course, even though it doesn't apply to Ashlee's class of course she's still going to participate. So we rummaged and found her some crazy socks too. But she thought it was crazy that she had to wear shoes too. She kept telling me "It's sock day" Guess she thought I was gonna send her to school with no shoes! (She'd be thrilled with that.)
So here we were headed out the door this morning all ready for CRAZY SOCK DAY!!!

Slip Sliding Away

This weekend we attended Chloe's Birthday party!! We had lots of fun. But the favorite part was the Slip N Slide. Mind you if we had one in our back yard it wouldn't even be looked at..but this one was fun. They girls had lots of fun playing....Ally liked it for a while, but then got interested in the swings. Ashlee on the other hand would still be there sliding!!! She even asked if she could sleep there.

Nana's Visit

This weekend we had a great visit with Nana and John. And John and Angela, Nicholas and Rylee. We did some shopping, ate some great food, took John over to see the Bombing Memorial and down to Bricktown since this was his first visit to the Great OKC. We had a great dinner at Toby Kieth's...Way too much food but it's sure yummy! Then we rode the river boat down the canal (OKC's attempt at San Antonio) It was fun and a great night out for us.
Took all the kiddos home to our house for a sleepover with Nana. Everyone had a great time.

Decorating

So I finally unboxed some of my wall decorations and began work on the house. I still have some things I'd like to buy, but have to save up some money and sell some of the stuff I'm not gonna use this time first!! But so far I'm pretty please with how things are coming together. Exactly how I envisioned them! The one wall with all the crosses and the 2 to the side, will eventually have a table underneath with a new lamp on it....but I have to get those still.
